Multipurpose fully integrated state of the art manufacturing facility and equipment enables production of API’s and intermediates from few kilograms to tens of tons. Infrastructure design to adopt possible semi continues production to automatic production equipment. With continues improvement in latest equipment to semi continues equipment will ensure better quality and consistency.
Production activity regularly inspected by ISO certification agency. Continues improvement is fundamental principle of our company, which we also follow for regulatory, documentation and process development, To achieve quality production and reduce impact on environment and safety will improving our process through R & D to useful by product to green chemistry.
In future we will upgrade our facility to GMP under the conditions of cGMP guide lines.
To give some idea about our equipment like Reactors capacity up to 145 KL includes SSR and Glassline reactor. Continues and semi continues filters to driers as per product requirement. Required utility like heaters, colling tower, chillers and Generator as process requirement. Separate store for Raw material and Final product. Effluent treatment facility with membership of CETP.
